OUR WESTFIELD BEGINNING
A pivotal moment came when we had the opportunity to open a shop inside Westfield. It was a bold and daunting decision for a small kiosk like ours, especially with the pressures of high rent. We asked our customers what they thought about this opportunity. With the courage they gave us, we became determined to grow thus conducted extensive research and assembled a passionate team. With this foundation, we established our store under the name Natural Path, symbolizing our commitment to using natural methods to heal both the body and mind.
As time passed, our decision proved to be the right one. Today, Natural Path is proud to be a part of the Hornsby and North Rocks community. Over the past 23 years, we’ve had the honour of helping countless customers find relief from physical pain and mental stress. Through the highs and lows, especially during the challenges of COVID-19, the unwavering support of our loyal customers carried us through. Your encouragement helped our small business grow stronger, and for that, we are extremely grateful.
OUR JOURNEY OF 23 YEARS
Twenty-three years ago, we began our humble journey as a tiny 12-square-meter kiosk. Back then, the healing power of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and remedial massage was not well-known in the community. It was a time when many were unfamiliar with how these natural methods could transform health and well-being.
With passion and dedication, we shared our knowledge, spreading the benefits of these ancient practices to our customers. Along the way, we built more than a business — we built trust and meaningful connections. Many of our customers became lifelong friends, and entire families grew to trust and rely on us.
